Bill Bloodworth comes to York Civil as the new York Civil Group CEO. Bill brings a wealth of experience having been in the engineering and construction industry for over 35 years both in Australia and Internationally. In recent times Bill worked for the Victorian Department of Transport as the contract Superintendent on the $750M Regional Fast Rail Project and later as a Director of consulting company Flagstaff Consulting. Notable assignments through Flagstaff were the provision of contract and construction advice to the Victorian Department of Transport on numerous government rail projects as well as appointments with clients such the Tullamarine Airport and the Melbourne Cricket Club.
