Our engineers continue to learn and keep up to date on the latest trends in engineering technology, health and safety systems. The chartered status is recognised throughout the world.
Employee Referral Program
York Civil is a fast growing and progressive company and we are always on the lookout for new people to join us for the exciting times that lay ahead. To assist us in recruiting the right people, the York Civil Employee Referral Program offers our employees an opportunity to receive a monetary reward for recommending a new employee to the company.
Employee Care Program (Healthy Living Program)
The objectives of the York Civil Employee Care plan are to offer opportunities to York Civil employees to consider and choose healthy options in life. York Civil has implemented the following initiatives through their Healthy Living Program:
- Quit Smoking program - smoking policy including incentives with money to assist with process
- Flu vaccinations - every year during March and April
- Counselling services (Employee Assistance Program)
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program has been established by York Civil to provide York employees, who may be affected by emotional, social or personal problems associated with drugs or alcohol, with confidential, independent professional counselling.
