In-house Labour Resources

At any one time we have around 300 personnel working across our sites supported by York Civil’s very own in-house recruitment agency, PKI Solutions, who provide us with the capacity to meet the workforce requirements of any project.

PKI has two full-time recruitment officers and is used by York Civil for recruiting skilled and semi-skilled personnel on almost every project. Whilst PKI supply York Civil with around 100 personnel across our range of current projects, they supplement – rather than form the base of – our skilled workforce.

The company has a strong technical focus employing engineers, project managers, experienced site managers, trades people and operators making up the core of our workforce.
