Successful Queensland Beginnings - 19/09/2008
York Civil has just been successful in winning its first contract since commencing its Queensland division only a few short months ago.
York Civil is undertaking the duplication of a bridge over Myall Creek Overflow at Dalby, north-west of Toowoomba Queensland. The bridge is over 70 metres long and involves the construction of 13 No. bridge pier headstocks and abutments, erection of PSC girders/relieving slabs/galvanized steel walkway units and joining units as well a earthworks and drainage.
York Civil is excite to be working with QR Limited on this project.
This project adds to the great success that York Civil has had since commencing its operations in Queensland this year, which includes gaining prequalification with the Queensland Department of Main Roads to level R4 B4 F5.
