The footbridge will span the future 6 lanes of Yaamba Road and have vertical clearance of 7.0 metres. The construction phase will be challenging due to the high pedestrian and vehicle (24,500 vpd) traffic. York have commenced work on the design earlier this year. Project Value is $8m.
